Did You Know 🤔

The Whispering Wall at the Barossa Reservoir is famous for its incredible acoustics—stand at one end, whisper, and your voice travels clearly to the other, 140 meters away. Built between 1899 and 1903 to provide water for the Barossa region, the dam’s curved design was intended for structural strength but also created this unexpected and fascinating effect, making it a popular spot for visitors.
